The International Symposium on Bioinformatics Research and Applications (ISBRA) provides a forum for the exchange of ideas and results among researchers, developers, and practitioners working on all aspects of bioinformatics and computational biology and their applications. Submissions presenting original research are solicited in all areas of bioinformatics and computational biology, including the development of experimental or commercial systems. Please submit extended abstracts (up to 12 pages in the LNCS/CCIS one-column page format) via the online submission system (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ISBRA2024). Submission implies willingness of at least one author to register and present at the symposium. The authors should choose one of the following tracks:
Track 1: Submit up to 12 pages in LNCS format for (i) publication of the extended abstract in the Springer LNBI Proceedings and (ii) invitation to submit a 30%-50%-extend version to ISBRA’24 special issues. The pending approval journals are:

Authors should consult Springer's Instructions for Authors of Proceedings and use either the LaTeX or the Word templates provided on the authors' page, for the preparation of their papers.
Please prepare your paper according to templates (up to 12 pages in LNCS format), you can download the templates from “Information for Authors of Computers Science Proceedings” page (https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines). You have to submit a signed Consent-to-Publish form. The Consent-to-Publish form can be downloaded from here.
